Mr. Wilkinson began his legal career in 1995 as a law clerk at the Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of California. Retained as a Paralegal/Investigator for work in both misdemeanor and felony divisions of that office, Mr. Wilkinson was ultimately promoted to Supervisor of the Misdemeanor Unit.

Mr. Wilkinson later accepted a position as Special Investigator with the State Bar of California, working in the San Francisco office of the Chief Trial Counsel. Making the transition to business immigration, Mr. Wilkinson worked as a paralegal for Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLP prior to accepting a position with Tafapolsky & Smith.

Mr. Wilkinson graduated in 1995 with a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific?s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, and is a 1990 graduate of the University of Utah, earning degrees in Political Science and English.
