Mr. Kang has worked in the field of immigration law since 2003, possessing experience in a wide variety of corporate immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, adjustment of status and consular processing cases.

Prior to joining Tafapolsky & Smith, Mr. Kang was the Senior Immigration Paralegal at the Law Offices of Deborah L. Karapetian, where he was primarily responsible for Schedule A petitions for registered nurses being sponsored by several area hospitals.

Mr. Kang received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Davis in 2002. He is conversant in Korean.
