With over nine years of experience in immigration law, Ms. Osaki is well-versed in the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing, both employment and family-based matters. At Tafapolsky and Smith, her responsibilities focus on processing petitions relating to temporary worker status (TN, H1B, L1), labor certification and permanent residency including adjustment of status and consular processing.

Ms. Osaki?s paralegal background and expertise also includes aspects of Intellectual Property Litigation and Patent and Trademark law.

Ms. Osaki holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature from San Jose State University and was a Graduate Student at the University of Paris. While living and studying in Paris, she developed an interest in the culinary arts and enrolled in various cooking schools in Paris, London and Bologna, Italy.
