USCIS Releases Updated Form I-9 June 30, 2008 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has released an updated version of Form I-9, used by all US employers for employment eligibility verification. The new form is dated June 16, 2008 and replaces the previous edition of the form, which was set to expire at the end of June. There are no substantive changes to the form or instructions from the prior version of the form; only the expiration date of the form has changed.
