Ms. Khanderish has worked in the field of immigration law since 1997, possessing extensive experience in adjustment of status and consular processing. Before joining Tafapolsky & Smith, Ms. Khanderish managed a team of 13 paralegals specializing in adjustment of status at Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLP.

Ms. Khanderish?s well-rounded experience includes both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, processing applications for permanent residence, L-1 and H-1B petitions, and labor certifications.

Ms. Khanderish holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from California State University. She is fluent in Assyrian and Farsi.
